Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting sustainability solutions and engaging with a broad audience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in market growth, branding, customer behavior, and both digital and traditional marketing. This remote role requires 20-25% travel and will focus on advancing our decarbonization and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
Key Objectives:
- Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to shape marketing strategies for existing and new offerings.
- Manage and allocate marketing resources to support both short- and long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including writers, engineers, and designers—to produce effective marketing materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and campaign data to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive growth.
- Lead marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution, including testing, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop engaging content for digital and print materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
- Represent CEG Solutions at industry events and conferences to build connections with clients and potential partners.
- Partner with business development on lead-generation initiatives, including webinars, emails, and event marketing.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans that convert outreach into sales.
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis to measure effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in brand development, campaign management, and lead generation as in individual contributor
- Proven expertise in managing marketing budgets, using analytics tools (e.g., GA4), SEO, CRM platforms, and social media.
- Proficient in content management systems and graphic design/editing software.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on conferences and industry events, with occasional travel required.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in RFP/Q proposals and client presentations.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability, renewable energy, and energy efficiency.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and website content development.
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and working collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.

Hybrid Work Model:
Our headquarters are in Arlington, VA, with most of our team working remotely or in a hybrid model. This allows for a combination of virtual and in-person interactions, with periodic in-person meetings at our headquarters every 6-8 weeks. The role will involve occasional travel to client locations or industry events.
